They said they would fix it after finally admitting that the version available on the App Store is missing a key element for no reason whatsoever. That was two months ago… I got a useless response! My coworker also contacted them. Actually my friend has only the option of the last folder he sent to before the update… cannot even access the Video Pad folder…? Anyway, am important feature that we use all the time is now missing and when I ask NCH by email I get ignored!
